It is my first time buying Corporate Gifts, how do I start?
You may start by browsing through our Corporate Gifts website for some ideas. Once you have shortlisted the items you want, simply tell us more about your required quantity, number or imprint colours (if customisation is required) and expected delivery date. We will send a quotation to you right away.
How do I place an order after I have received your corporate gifts proposal?
Simply send us a confirmation email indicating your preferred colour of the chosen corporate gift and order quantity. If you require the gifts to be printed with a logo, please attach a high resolution file of the logo artwork in PDF, PSD, EPS or AI format. In this case, the average turnaround time is between one and two weeks. If the order is urgent, do let us know. We will speed things up a little bit in order to help you get your goods in time for your event.
Can I purchase corporate gifts from you without logo printing?
Yes. If you choose to purchase the gifts without any customisation, we can deliver the goods within two days.
I am interested in some corporate gifts from a certain product category and wish to see more designs from this category. Would you have additional designs available?
We constantly add new corporate gifts to our product line. You may not be able to see these new additions on our website before their pictures are uploaded to our website. Tell us more and we will send relevant product pictures and specifications to you directly via email.
I am looking for a unique corporate gift which no local supplier carry, can you still help?
If you have a picture, physical sample or a detailed specification of the gift item, we can help to place an indent order for you. However do take note that this will require a rather high minimum order quantity of several thousand units as well as a lengthy delivery lead time of up to 60 days.
Do you provide any corporate gifts catalogue?
Yes. You may select your favourite and download PDF copies of our corporate gift catalogues from here. Alternatively, you may also send in your request for a hard copy of our product catalogue. Please be sure to indicate your name, telephone number and forwarding address for reference.
Do you provide any corporate gift samples?
Yes, but only for bulk-order enquiries. If you have shortlisted some items from our proposed list of corporate gifts and wish to see some samples, we would be glad to have them despatched to your office at the earliest possible time. The samples will then be on loan for up to two weeks. However if you would like to buy over the samples, simply inform us and we will issue an invoice to you for payment.
Are your Corporate Gift prices competitive?
Our products are imported directly from manufacturers and thus, we are able to offer very competitive wholesale prices so that you get the best value for your purchases.
Are your Corporate Gift prices negotiable?
We are one of the most flexible corporate gifts supplier in South East Asia. While we strive to offer low wholesale prices in order to help you save, we value your feedback and we are open to discussions and negotiations – especially about pricing.
Do you provide free delivery for your corporate gifts?
We provide free delivery for orders above $60.00. For orders below $60.00, the delivery charge is $12.00. Overseas shipping will be quoted upon request via our enquiry form.
For corporate gifts with customised printing, what types of file format should I submit for my artwork?
Ideally, it would be perfect if you submit your artwork for printing in high resolution PDF, PSD, EPS or AI working file formats. If you do not have any of these, just send us what is available and we will evaluate the files for alternative solutions.
Will you show me a mock-sample with my imprinted logo before mass printing of the bulk order?
Upon request, we will send a picture of the imprinted mock-sample for you to approve before mass printing. If your order is not urgent, you may also request for the mock-sample to be delivered to your office if you wish.
What is the delivery turnaround time for wholesale orders with customised printing?
For bulk orders with customised printing, the delivery lead time is usually within 7 days after you have approved the artwork or mock-sample.
What is the minimum quantity for corporate gift orders that come with customised logo printing?
The minimum order quantity is 50 units. As a guideline, the average minimum charge for a screen printing job is from $100.00 onwards for quantities of 100 units and below. Therefore a lower order quantity will result in higher unit printing cost. On the contrary, the unit printing cost will be cheaper by at least 40% if you increase your order to 200 units or more.
Do you have a price list for the customised logo printing on corporate gifts?
